Sales Engineer

Vovici Client Services has a need for an experienced pre-sales consultant to work with Enterprise Sales, Mid-Market Sales and Account Managers on software and services opportunities at clients and prospects. This is a full-time position reporting to the VP, Client Services.
Job Description: Pre-sales delivery of demonstrations, proofs-of-concept and other technical assistance to existing clients and prospects.
Required Skills:
Experience and knowledge of the following technologies:
- Pre/post-sales role with a software company
- Experience and knowledge of the following technologies:
- EFM platforms and technology
- Electronic survey design and development
- Windows desktop and server applications
- HTML and JavaScript knowledge
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Customer-facing experience is a prerequisite
Additional Skills Required:
- Competitive knowledge in EFM technology space
- Experience with VMWare Workstation
- Experience with DNN
- Strong multi-tasking skills a plus
- Prior customer-facing support or sales experience
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree
- 3-5 years experience in customer-facing role
