Greg Stock, Chairman & CEO
Greg Stock is an accomplished executive with more than 20 years experience. Prior to joining Vovici, Greg most recently served as president and CEO of Mirage Networks, a provider of network security solutions based in Austin, Texas. During his tenure, Greg led the company from start-up to market leader with more than 600 customers across 40 countries. Mirage was successfully acquired by Trustwave in February 2009.

Prior to Mirage Networks, Greg was a key player in successful DC-area technology companies. As Vice President, Marketing, Greg drove Vastera, a provider of global trade management solutions, to the market-leading position and was instrumental in the companies’ successful initial public offering in September 2000. Previously, Greg helped Manugistics, the supply chain management leader, grow to more than $200M in revenues and initiated the company’s expansion into China and Australia during his 6-year tenure with the company. Greg holds M.B.A. and B.S. degrees from the Pennsylvania State University.

Jody Bailey, VP, Development
Jody Bailey provides executive leadership to the Development and Data Center Operations teams. Jody brings with him over 15 years of experience building highly effective engineering teams. At Vovici, Jody is responsible for the design, development, and quality assurance of all Vovici’s products, as well as managing Data Center Operations in order to ensure the success of Vovici’s SaaS products and customers.

Jody has an excellent track record of building high performance engineering teams that have designed and developed world class applications at companies such as VeriSign, Vastera, and Fidelity Investments. Through the development of highly motivated teams and the introduction of new process and procedures, Jody has consistently been able to reduce time to market, improve quality, as well as predictability of product delivery for both domestic and offshore teams. Prior to Vovici, Jody and his teams were responsible for the design, development, and delivery of high- availability systems that scale to billions of real-time transactions for RFID/Supply Chain systems critical to protecting health care delivery as well as the registry for .COM and .NET.

A veteran executive, Dave Capuano leads the Marketing and Product Management organizations. Throughout his 18-year career in the information technology industry, Dave has played a key role in leading the product portfolios and marketing activities of a series of new ventures. Dave’s experience includes marketing and product leadership roles in innovative, fast-growth companies.

Most recently, Dave served as the Chief Marketing and Product Officer for Fortisphere, a leading virtualization management company. Dave has also served in executive Marketing and Product Management roles at Novell, e-Security, SilentRunner, and TruSecure Corporation (Cybertrust).

Dave holds a B.A. in Economics from St. Lawrence University.

As Vice President of Finance at Vovici, Kim Enders oversees the company’s finance, administration, and human resources divisions. She has more than 15 years of leadership experience in corporate finance and management. Prior to Vovici, Kim served as Vice President Corporate Controller of IXI Corporation, a high-growth, profitable venture-backed company specializing in solutions to differentiate and target consumer households based on measurements of wealth, income and spending. She previously held leadership positions at BCD Travel, Octagon, and Marriott Corporation.

Kim's professional experience also includes working with Price Waterhouse in the audit practice. She is a Certified Public Accountant.

Kim holds a B.S. in Commerce with a concentration in accounting from the University of Virginia’s McIntire School of Commerce.

A co-founder of Perseus Development Corp. and a pioneer in the feedback industry, Jeffrey Henning brings a unique depth of experience in driving continuing innovation at Vovici. Jeffrey has 21 years of experience in the market research industry with roles including market research consultant, analyst and writer to complement his time as a software developer for in-house projects and commercial software.

While at Perseus, Jeffrey developed SurveySolutions® for the Web, which won the PC Magazine Editors' Choice Award for web-survey software. He was also named a Visual Basic Programmer's Journal "Basic Hero" in 1999. In 2004, he led the marketing and software development teams that pioneered and named the concept of Enterprise Feedback Management. Prior to co-founding Perseus, Jeffrey worked with BIS Strategic Decisions (now part of Forrester Research) in the U.S. and in Europe managing survey-research projects for high-tech leaders of the Fortune 1000. Jeffrey was formerly a columnist with Computerworld magazine. He writes regularly on the Vovici blog and is the author of the eBook, Survey Software Success.

Brian Koma is an accomplished research professional with deep domain knowledge of quantitative and qualitative research and technologies. He has pioneered new approaches that have enabled some of the world’s largest companies to improve customer loyalty and responsiveness through the innovative use of online feedback and social media. He is a frequent contributor to Vovici’s blog, and shares best practices with professionals across the industry through speaking engagements, white papers, and web seminars.

An entrepreneur by background, Brian joined the company when Vovici acquired Stratagem Marketing,the market research firm he founded and operated for 10 years. Before Stratagem, Brian led the global marketing activities for Legent Corporation’s Enterprise Systems Management division, where he used innovative market research techniques to reposition more than 80 software products. He has also held management positions at The Genix Group and Burson-Marsteller.

Chris O'Grady, VP, Worldwide Field Operations

Chris O'Grady is an accomplished executive with over 15 years experience leading sales and client-focused teams. He leads the Vovici Field Operations team, which focuses on retaining Vovici’s client list, revenue growth, and sales. Chris’ experience includes running teams in many different environments.

Previously, Chris was at Ceridian, an HR/Payroll & Benefits solutions company, where he held several different leadership positions over 10 years. He grew the revenue in its largest region by more than 100% in 16 months. Prior to Ceridian, Chris held several senior Sales VP positions, most recently at Workscape, where he grew Talent Management Sales revenue by over 200%.

Chris holds a B.A. in Communications from Loyola University.

With over 20 years experience, Nancy Porte is responsible for the Voice of the Customer program while managing customer support, customer training, and CRM systems.

Prior to joining Vovici, Nancy most recently served as Senior Director, Technical Field Operations at Approva, a provider of continuous controls monitoring solutions based in Reston, VA. While at Approva, Nancy implemented a comprehensive client services strategy, resulting in 100% retention of customers over her tenure. Nancy has implemented successful client support and retention strategies at several other DC-area companies including Monster Government Solutions, iDEFENSE, and CareerBuilder.

Ben Smith is based in London and is responsible for all Vovici’s sales and business operations in the EMEA region. Areas of oversight include new business development, channel partner acquisition & management, and customer retention. He has an extensive track record managing the overall relationships for Vovici’s top strategic clients and partners in EMEA.

Ben is a Vovici veteran, having worked in various US and international-focused roles before opening Vovici’s London office in 2007.

Ben holds a B.A. degree in Economics and Spanish from Bates College and has completed coursework in Economics at the Universidad de Salamanca in Spain.
