Rightmove Captures and Mines Feedback from 40 Million Visitors Each Month

Dulles, VA – October 27, 2009 – Vovici, the leading provider of survey software and enterprise feedback management (EFM) solutions, today announced that Rightmove, the UK’s number one property website, had deployed Vovici to capture and mine feedback data from its 40 million website visitors each month.

One of the first surveys Rightmove conducted using Vovici was a quarterly customer confidence survey, which serves as a key public relations event for the company. “The survey shattered our record for response rates—our previous record was 27,000 responses and we hit 40,000 the first time using Vovici,” recalls Brown. She reasons that the ability to use the Microsoft Word editing feature of Vovici, as well as the graphical templates, enabled Rightmove to make the surveys consistent with the company brand and image and encouraged response. “The fact that we got so much data has given our senior team that much more confidence in the results and there has been increased enthusiasm to do more with the Vovici solution to drive intelligent decisions internally,” says Brown.

Additionally, Rightmove product development has begun using Vovici to capture real-time feedback on new website features. “Across the board, we have found Vovici easier to use, faster to develop and test, and the results look much better than anything we have done before,” claims Brown. “Vovici’s platform allows us to think in new ways about how we engage with our customers.
