Case Study: Government Agency Using Vovici Survey Software
The United States Coast Guard has adopted Vovici’s survey solutions to handle post-training evaluations. Upon the conclusion of each course, training participants are asked to fill out an online evaluation form using an automated process that ties together the organization’s PeopleSoft HR system and Vovici’s enterprise feedback management system. Six months after training has occurred, training surveys are automatically generated for both the trainee and their supervisor, who are both asked to rate the usefulness and effectiveness of the training in the individual’s day-to-day responsibilities. Through this tight integration between Vovici’s survey solution and the USCG, the organization is able to easily evaluate the effectiveness of its training programs and to make positive changes to the program based on feedback data.
